On Saturday, enjoy breakfast, sugar house tours, demonstrations, sleigh rides, and more! End the day with our Sugaring Off Dinner. Shaker-inspired menu, catered by Stone Wall Catering, will feature maple-infused winter squash soup; rolls with maple butter; mixed greens with maple balsamic vinegar; bakedchicken with cider, apples and maple liqueur; seasonal vegetable;Shaker-inspired corn pudding and maple mousse. Includes complimentary wine.
On Sunday, the experience will end with an elegant crepe breakfast.
